Site Readiness

Confirm every site is actually ready before the equipment ships: IT, space, supporting equipment, staffing, and protocol all green.

Overview

Showing up at a site to discover the evaluation cannot start is the single most expensive failure in this workstream. It burns the clinician's week, exposes the shipped equipment, and demoralizes the team.

We run a structured site readiness audit one week and one day before each evaluation. Findings are remediated or the evaluation is rescheduled cleanly, never discovered on the morning of.

  4. 4

    T-1 confirmation

Final readiness call 24 hours before evaluation start.

  5. 5

    Green-light or pause

Evaluation proceeds or is paused with documented rationale.
