Medical Advisory Board

Clinicians and leaders who guide our work

Our advisors anchor every recommendation we make in clinical reality, regulatory rigor, and patient safety. They are practicing clinicians, healthcare leaders, and former regulators who hold us, and the products we help bring to market, to the standards they would hold their own institutions to.

Elliot Silverman is a Radiology Director and healthcare consultant with 50 years of experience in American medical imaging. Across his career he has held administrative leadership and clinical management roles at mid-sized and large hospitals and imaging centers, the very institutions where new imaging technology succeeds or fails.

In recent years he has focused on healthcare consulting, specializing in imaging equipment, leasing and financing, teleradiology services, and medical billing. Few people have seen the business of radiology from as many angles: the reading room, the director's office, the vendor negotiation, and the billing cycle behind it all.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Elliot guides Qscription and its partners on structured product evaluation and clinical feedback programs for radiology AI (SaMD) companies, cultivating key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, enabling early real-world clinical evaluations, and advancing teleradiology services, including the staffing of ABR-certified radiologists and preliminary-read services.
