In-Person Site Support

Trained application engineers onsite during the evaluation: setup, troubleshooting, structured feedback capture, reassembly, and dispatch.

Overview

Evaluations succeed or fail on the small things: the cable that did not arrive with the right end, the firmware that needed a restart, the question the clinician would have asked if anyone was in the room to answer it.

Our in-person application engineers handle all of that. They arrive a day early, set up, stay through the evaluation, capture structured clinical feedback, and prepare the equipment for return shipping before they leave.
