Elliot Silverman Joins the Qscription Advisory Board

Elliot Silverman, radiology director and healthcare consultant with 50 years in medical imaging, joins our Advisory Board to guide clinical evaluation, KOL engagement, and teleradiology growth.

We are proud to welcome Elliot Silverman to the Qscription Technologies Advisory Board.

Elliot is a Radiology Director and healthcare consultant with 50 years of experience in American medical imaging. Across his career he has held administrative leadership and clinical management roles at mid-sized and large hospitals and imaging centers, the very institutions where new imaging technology succeeds or fails. For the past several years he has focused his expertise on healthcare consulting, specializing in imaging equipment, leasing and financing, teleradiology services, and medical billing.

Few people have seen the business of radiology from as many angles: the reading room, the director's office, the vendor negotiation, and the billing cycle behind it all.

Why this matters

At Qscription, we help international medtech and radiology AI companies cross the hardest mile in healthcare, the distance between FDA clearance and real clinical adoption inside U.S. hospitals. That mile runs straight through the world Elliot knows best: how imaging departments evaluate new technology, how purchasing decisions actually get made, and what it takes for a product to earn a permanent place in a working radiology operation.

"I proudly join Qscription Technologies as an advisor because I truly believe the company is at the cutting edge of technology and has demonstrated that its team is capable of making great strides in healthcare in the near future," said Elliot on joining the board.

Advisory focus

As an Advisory Board member, Elliot will guide Qscription and its partners across four areas:

  • Structured product evaluation and clinical feedback programs for radiology AI (SaMD) companies
  • Opening and cultivating key opinion leader (KOL) relationships
  • Enabling early, real-world clinical evaluations
  • Advancing our teleradiology business, including the staffing of ABR-certified radiologists and preliminary-read services

A growing advisory bench

Elliot joins an advisory team anchored by Dr. Nisha Chandran, board-certified pediatrician, healthcare leader, and Chairman of Qscription's Board of Directors. "Elliot has spent his career where imaging technology meets the realities of running a department: staffing, budgets, throughput, and patient care," said Dr. Chandran. "That operational judgment is exactly what medtech innovators need when they bring a product into American radiology, and we are delighted to welcome him to the advisory board."

At Qscription Technologies, we believe successful market entry is built on collaboration between clinicians, operators, and technologists. Elliot's five decades of operational wisdom take us a long stride closer to that standard.

Please join us in welcoming Elliot Silverman to the Qscription Technologies family.
