Most clinical AI in the United States never reaches the patient it was built for. Applications clear FDA review, the studies publish, and then the tools sit outside the hospital, waiting on integration queues, security reviews, and onboarding that never quite finishes. We built Qscription because that last mile is where adoption is won or lost.
Today we are glad to share a step that widens what we can do about it. Qscription Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NEOPATHOLOGY CORP., a biotechnology research and clinical diagnostic development company based in Frederick, Maryland.
What NeoPathology brings. NeoPathology develops a new generation of highly accurate, rapidly reported precision tissue diagnostics and assays, anchored by its proprietary diagnostics platform and its ONEPATHOLOGY(TM) learning solution. Just as important here, the team led by Dr. Paul Aiyetan brings a clinical network and onboarding depth across U.S. providers. What we bring. Enterprise integration and deployment expertise, U.S. operations support, and the evaluation discipline we apply to every clinical AI product we work on, which weighs regulatory scope, clinical validation, workflow fit, and the commercial pathway before anyone commits to a rollout.
What we plan to do together. Our first objective under this MOU is a framework for deploying an FDA 510(k)-cleared lung imaging AI diagnostic application to new, joint U.S. prospects. Our teams are now working to finalize a definitive deployment agreement, under which NeoPathology qualifies the clinical opportunity and we make the deployment work inside real hospital IT workflows.
Why this matters. Providers do not need another demo. They need applications that arrive integrated and compliant, with a commercial model that holds up. Pairing clinical credibility with operational discipline is how AI diagnostics actually reach clinical practice, and it is the standard we intend to set here.
This is a preliminary framework, and we will have more to share as the definitive agreement and first deployments take shape. If you lead a diagnostic, imaging, or laboratory service line and want to talk about what disciplined AI adoption looks like, reach us at [email protected].
